Ice Pick is a minor character who appeared in in "Guy's Night Out!", "Bea's Birthday Surprise", and "A Charity Fair to Remember". In this episode, Milo found him running from the police station and brought him over to their night out. At first, it seemed Ice Pick wanted to kill Oscar, but he revealed to be just joking. He hangs out with them for the rest of the night. After Oscar and Angela hugged, Ice Pick appeared behind them and said Angela was going to die, but like before, he was just joking. He then floats off off screen.

Appearance

He is a large green fish (bigger then Koi) with an orange mohawk, wearing a black muscle shirt with a skull on it and seems to only have one arm.
